Trusting, Standing, Waiting, Working, Believing....

Trusting, Standing, Waiting, Working, Believing....
God is so good. I have lived on this earth long enough to trust him. I have been through so many things in my life but the one thing I know is he has been better than good to me. My life has not been easy by any means but in the midst of the bad times, God has kept me. He kept me through sexual abuse as a child, through domestic violence, through crack addiction, and even kept me from a mental breakdown. He kept me at my job for 36 years, and allowed me to retire March 30, 2012. When they say that you are going through>>>>> someone needs to know that is exactly what you do >>>>go through >>>>>>you don't have to stay there.

I find that your attitude does reflect your altitude. For many years I had a woe is me attitude, and woe was I. Until I learned to love myself, to stop looking for love outside of myself  I suffered and I probably made many people suffer with me. Until I stopped blaming everyone for my problems and decided to live different. No perfect but different. I thank God for God. I thank him for his Son, for his Holy Spirit, for his Mercy and his Grace. I am enjoying my life today, not because I have been so good but because God has been so good to me. I try  my best to do right by people. When I worked I loved the people who reported to me, and I did all I could to help them right where they were. Whatever people need from me I try to assist them. I have been this way since I was a child. Who have you helped lately? Where are the people who are willing to help others? What about just supporting each other?

We have become so opinionated about everything, the simple things. We are dealing with some very serious issues in this world, and it is time that we come together all people, all races creed and color. It is time for a change. I pray that what God is using me to do blesses others, that he uses me to be a change agent in this world, that I continue to do what I do without getting weary, and that once enough people have heard or the correct person hears we start to do real work.

See I am not just thinking about me, but my concern is for each of you as well. What can we do to make real changes in our homes, neighborhoods, city, state and world. I will continue to Trust, Stand, Wait, Work and Believe....
