Women Empowered Cross N Paths (WE)-Women WE are empowered. WE must uplift and encourage each other to affect change in this world. WE must be a role model to our young women to inspire them to grow, to mature, to be healthy, and successful women. WE are no longer bound or broken by our past. When WE cross paths, WE share a smile, a hug, resources, and our testimony. WE uplift, encourage, and strengthen each other, because when our paths cross WE are no longer standing alone, but we are like A cord intertwined that cannot be broken. Real talk. I know someone who just moved hundreds of miles to another city to be with a man who was recently released from jail for murder. Who does that and why? This is our first blog conversation. Your thoughts.

The first question is did she know this man before he went to jail? Was this self defense, was he young & dumb when this occurred, or is he just a cold - heartless person?
It is possible for people to change...Some choose to do so & some don't. I hope that this Man, has good intentions and that she is safe with him. Pray for her!
I have an ex that went to jail for murder... he was young and dumb (18). He did 22 years in jail & I can't see him getting into a situation that will send him back to jail for life. He's not a bad guy just was hanging around the wrong crowd.

Michelle thank you so much for your insight. She was married to him very young. Had not seen him in over 30 years. Hooked up with him this summer. Murder was not an accident. I am praying for her daily. People do change and I am praying that this is the situation. Only time will tell, but I am asking God to put a hedge of protection around and about her. If this is not the case, I hope she knows to get out quick, and be safe. No one loves you more than you love yourself. WE must start to love ourselves. Peace be with you.

Follow up to this conversation ....She left moved away came back and he came with her. The family welcomed him in, only to find he was using drugs, stole from the family and big mess. He is no longer in her life (we guess), but so much happened during that time. Family is all that you have, trust and loyalty should come before anything.
